Where does that leave people who lead different lives needing a safe welcoming space to achieve their goals? 

 

I've spent the past 3 years as a trainer in sydney helping people that don't vibe with a big gym move & feel better at a comfortable pace thats structured to work for their specific needs.

I focus on "building people up" in a structured judgement free environment that meets you where you are at personally to develop a fitness regime that suits who you are personally.
